From January 21 to January 28, the Thirteenth People'sCongressofAnhuiProvince was held in Hefei. Academician Yuan Liang, Deputy Party Secretary and Vice President of Anhui University of Science and Technology, was electedthe delegate of the 13th National People's Congress.
