The National Planning Office for Philosophy and Social Sciences recently announces 2018 National Social Science Fund major projects list,two projects in our faculty are on the list,This is the first time that our institute has been approved by the National Social Science Fund Project.

It is reported that annual projects and youth projects of National Social continue to adopt appropriate limits for reporting. finally,29677 valid applications have been formally accepted,including 2481 for major projects,21401 for general projects, and 5795 for youth projects. In the five social science research systems,26583 were reported by universities, accounting for 89.6% of the total number of applications. compared with the previous year,The total number of projects approved this year has increased by 217,including 358 major projects with a grant of 350,000 yuan; 3147 general projects and 1001 youth projects,both of them with a grant of 200000 yuan.in the five major systems,4055 are university systems which accounts for 90% of the total.

This year, our university has declared 121 items of the National Social Science Fund annual and youth projects，and 15 projects of them have been approved, including 1 major project, 13 general projects, and 1 youth project. The project covers 8 disciplines including Chinese history, linguistics, philosophy, theoretical economy, management, journalism, statistics, and physical education and covers 7 disciplined colleges throughout the school.
