From August 18thto 20th, the seminar on cryptographic functions and cyclic codes was successfully held in 2019. The seminar was jointly sponsored by Faculty of Mathematics and Statistics, Hubei University and Hubei Key Laboratory of applied mathematics. The main participants include experts and scholars from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Southwest Jiaotong University, China West Normal University, and other universities and colleges.
Maosheng Xiong,associateprofessor of the Hong Kong University ofScience and Technology, Chunming Tang, associate professor of China West Normal University and Haode Yan, associate professor of Southwest Jiaotong University and other experts and scholars presented the latest research results, academic trends and development trends in the fields of cryptographic functions and cyclic codes from different aspects.
Through the seminar, the academic enthusiasm of young teachers and students was greatly encouraged and everyone benefited a lot. It also further deepened the cooperation between our research team and theirs.
